By completing the registration for the National Convention and Chinese Education Conference through this website, you ("the Attendee") agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully.

当您（下称“参会者”）通过本网站完成年会注册时，即表示您同意遵守以下条款和条件。请您仔细阅读。

1. Definitions / 定义

Event: The 15th National Convention and Chinese Education Conference, including all sessions, workshops, and official activities.

活动: 指第十五届全美中文学校协会年会暨中华教育研讨会，包括其所有议程、研讨会和官方活动。

Organizer: The Chinese School Association in the United States (CSAUS).

主办方: 指全美中文学校协会（CSAUS）。

Attendee: Any individual who has registered for and/or holds a ticket for the Event.

参会者: 指任何已注册和/或持有本活动门票的个人。

Ticket: A proof of purchase for Conference Registration, Hotel Reservations, or specific session/add-on tickets.

票证: 指会议注册、酒店预订或特定议程/附加项目的购买凭证。

2. Registration and Payment / 注册与付款

All prices are listed in US Dollars (USD).

所有价格均以美元（USD）列出。

Registration is not complete until full payment is received and a confirmation email has been sent from CSAUS.

只有在全额付款并收到主办方发送的确认邮件后，注册才算完成。

Attendees are responsible for providing accurate and complete information during registration. The Organizer is not liable for any issues arising from incorrect data entry (e.g., wrong email address, incorrect name).

参会者有责任在注册时提供准确、完整的信息。因信息输入错误（如错误的电子邮件地址、不正确的姓名）而导致的任何问题，主办方概不负责。

Your registration entitles you to access only the conference components specified in your ticket type.

您的注册仅授权您参加您票种所指定的会议内容。

3. Cancellation and Refund Policy / 取消与退款政策

This policy applies to Conference Registration fees only. Hotel reservation cancellations are governed by a separate policy (see Section 4).

本政策仅适用于会议注册费。酒店预订的取消遵循独立的政策（见第4条）。

Cancellation by Attendee: All cancellation requests must be submitted in writing to admin@csaus.org.

参会者取消: 所有取消申请必须以书面形式提交至 admin@csaus.org。

Cancellation on or before November 15, 2025: A full refund of the registration fee will be issued, minus a $50 administrative and processing fee.

2025年11月15日或之前取消: 将全额退还注册费，但需扣除50美元的行政处理费。

Cancellation between November 16, 2025, and December 1, 2025: A 50% refund of the registration fee will be issued.

2025年11月16日至2025年12月1日之间取消: 将退还50%的注册费。

Cancellation after December 1, 2025: No refunds will be issued.

2025年12月1日之后取消: 将不予退款。

No-Shows: Attendees who do not attend the event without prior notification will not be eligible for a refund.

缺席: 未事先通知且未出席活动的参会者，将无资格获得退款。

4. Hotel Reservation Policy / 酒店预订政策

Hotel reservations made through the Event's page are subject to the cancellation and modification policies of the designated hotel.

通过本活动页面进行的酒店预订，须遵守相关酒店的取消和修改政策。

The Attendee is solely responsible for understanding and complying with the hotel's specific terms, including cancellation deadlines and any associated fees.

参会者需自行负责理解并遵守酒店的具体条款，包括取消期限和任何相关费用。

The Organizer (CSAUS) is not responsible for any fees, penalties, or charges incurred by the Attendee for canceling or modifying a hotel reservation. Please contact the hotel directly for any hotel-related inquiries.

主办方（CSAUS）对参会者因取消或修改酒店预订而产生的任何费用、罚款或收费概不负责。任何与酒店相关的事宜，请直接与酒店联系。

5. Event Program and Schedule Changes / 活动日程与安排变更

The Organizer reserves the right to make changes to the Event program, including the schedule, speakers, sessions, and venue, without prior notice.

主办方保留更改活动日程的权利，包括时间表、演讲嘉宾、议程和场地，恕不另行通知。

Such changes do not constitute a reason for a refund unless the Event is canceled in its entirety (see Section 9).

此类变更不构成退款理由，除非本活动被完全取消（见第9条）。

6. Code of Conduct / 行为准则

All Attendees are expected to conduct themselves in a professional and respectful manner.

所有参会者应以专业和相互尊重的方式行事。

The Organizer has a zero-tolerance policy for any form of harassment, discrimination, or disruptive behavior.

主办方对任何形式的骚扰、歧视或扰乱秩序的行为采取零容忍政策。

Any Attendee found to be in violation of this code of conduct may be asked to leave the Event immediately without a refund.

任何被发现违反本行为准则的参会者，可能会被要求立即离开活动现场，且不予退款。

7. Photography, Videography, and Media Release / 摄影、摄像与媒体发布授权

By attending the Event, you consent to be photographed, filmed, and/or otherwise recorded.

参加本活动，即表示您同意被拍照、录像和/或以其他方式被记录。

You grant the Organizer the right to use, publish, and distribute such media for promotional, news, and archival purposes in perpetuity without compensation or approval.

您授权主办方为推广、新闻和存档目的，永久使用、发布和分发此类媒体材料，而无需支付报酬或另行征求您的批准。

If you do not wish to be photographed or recorded, please inform the registration desk upon arrival and make a reasonable effort to avoid event photographers/videographers.

如果您不希望被拍照或录像，请在抵达时告知注册台，并尽力避开活动摄影师/摄像师。

8. Liability and Disclaimer / 责任与免责声明

Attendance at the Event is at your own risk. The Organizer will not be held liable for any personal injury, or for the loss, theft, or damage of personal property.

参会者需自行承担参加本活动的风险。主办方对任何个人伤害，或个人财产的丢失、被盗或损坏不承担责任。

Attendees are responsible for their own safety and well-being. Please adhere to all safety guidelines provided by the Organizer and the venue.

参会者需对自身安全和福祉负责。请遵守主办方和场地提供的所有安全指南。

9. Event Cancellation or Postponement (Force Majeure) / 活动取消或延期（不可抗力）

In the unlikely event that the conference is canceled or postponed due to circumstances beyond the Organizer's control (such as natural disasters, public health crises, government directives, or other force majeure events), the Organizer will notify all registered Attendees as soon as possible.

如因主办方无法控制的情况（如自然灾害、公共卫生危机、政府指令或其他不可抗力事件）导致会议被取消或延期，主办方将尽快通知所有已注册的参会者。

In such a case, the Organizer will offer to either:

Transfer the registration to a rescheduled event date, or

将注册资格转移至重新安排的活动日期；或

Provide a partial or full refund, the amount of which will be determined after accounting for non-recoverable event costs.

10. Privacy / 隐私政策

By registering, you acknowledge that your personal data will be collected and used by the Organizer for the purpose of administering the Event, communicating important updates, and for post-event follow-up.

注册即表示您知悉，主办方将为管理活动、传达重要更新以及活动后跟进等目的，收集并使用您的个人数据。

11. Governing Law / 适用法律

These terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Commonwealth of Massachusetts, United States, without regard to its conflict of law principles.

本条款与条件受美利坚合众国马萨诸塞州联邦法律管辖并据其解释，且不考虑其法律冲突原则。
